Best venue ever!!! Had my wedding there in April. Kourtney and her husband made sure everything was perfect through the whole process. So very helpful and never made me feel uncomfortable with anything. No question was a dumb or wrong question and they literally took all the stress off of our shoulders. My husband I got their gold package and everything was amazing from beginning to end. We had the worst weather ever, power outage and people didn’t even know it. We had the worst flood ever and they still made our day the most magical day. I will forever be grateful for everything they did for us!!!!! 100/10 recommend. You will not regret!!!!

When we picked our wedding date we had no idea that so many others also wanted the same day almost 2 years out. I had toured every venue in Central Arkansas and everyone of them told me they were unavailable, that they were fully booked until 2025. I went to the bridal show with 0 hope… one last lap and I saw C&C by the Lake thinking no way they’re in my budget or have a date open. They said yes to everything—the day, my questions, my ideas. From day one they were incredibly helpful. I’d send ideas and they made them possible. My wedding was everything I ever wanted and I didn’t even have to lift a finger!!

We looked across the state to find the perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding. Everything we looked at was cookie cutter with no personalized touch. That all changed when we met Kourtney and Zach. From the planning to the execution of the wedding day, it was the perfect magical moment for our daughter. Family and friends keep talking about how perfect the night was and how it went flawlessly. Truly an incredible experience—if you’re looking for a venue, look no further!

My daughter got married at C&C by the Lake in December 2024. Our experience was absolutely amazing. Kourtney (and staff) worked with us to make everything perfect for my daughter’s big day—everything from start to finish was so beautiful! From a mother-of-the-bride’s perspective I highly recommend the all-inclusive package. The planning process, the wedding, and the reception were all stress-free. I got to fully enjoy my daughter’s day. Thank you Kourtney and everyone at C&C by the Lake for everything!!

We booked at C&C by the Lake in September 2023 and got married in November 2024. After working with them for over a year, I can’t say enough great things about the team. We booked an all-inclusive wedding and stayed under budget, and Kortney brought our vision to life. Best of all, our wedding day was completely stress-free. From florals and vendor coordination to the smallest details, they went above and beyond for us.

Common questions

How many guests does your venue accommodate?

C&C by the Lake accommodates up to 325 guests. With indoor and outdoor settings, you can match the space to your vision for both ceremony and reception.

What are the limitations when decorating?

To keep things beautiful and safe:
• Candles must be enclosed with the flame below the rim.
• Use non-permanent decor that won’t damage the property.
• Avoid nails, screws, command strips, or anything leaving residue.
• No glitter or confetti for ease of cleanup.

Do you offer an on-site wedding coordinator?

Yes. C&C offers day-of coordination or complete planning for an additional fee—someone to answer questions during planning and keep your day running smoothly.

Will seating and tables be provided?

Yes. Tables and seating are included, with a variety of shapes and sizes available for your layout.

Can I have both my ceremony and reception indoors?

Yes—two options:
• Quick ceremony-to-reception flip (~20 minutes) while guests enjoy the deck.
• Banquet-style ceremony so you flow straight into the reception without a reset.
An assistant can be added for the flip (additional fee).

What is your policy on alcohol?

Use an approved, licensed, and insured bartender (or have your choice pre-approved). Requirements: current bartender license + liquor liability insurance listing C&C by the Lake as additional insured.
