When my daughter was born I bought a camera for her. Friends asked for photos, then friends of friends.
A couple trusted us with their wedding, then another, and before long we were traveling across Arkansas and
beyond. Today Bear is a small, vetted team that shoots the day with a calm presence and edits everything to
the same clean, timeless color you see across our work.
How Bear started
Bear began as just me, Seth. That first class turned into years of learning cameras, color, and workflow.
After my daughter arrived she became my favorite subject. People saw those photos and started reaching out.
Someone asked, “Will you shoot our wedding?” We said yes. Then the next one. It snowballed—venues across
the state, then other states—built on natural direction, real moments, and color that doesn’t age out.
